什么是时钟振荡器?
标准时钟振荡器是最常用的振荡器类型,几乎在电子行业的各个方面都有应用。时钟振荡器用于建立用于计时目的的参考频率。一个典型的应用是计算机中事件的排序。晶体控制时钟振荡器通常由放大器和反馈网络组成,反馈网络选择放大器输出的一部分并将其返回到放大器输入。

振荡器中振荡的基本标准是:1.开环增益必须大于振荡器环路周围的损耗,2.振荡器环路周围的相移必须为0度或360度。振荡器可用于生成不同类型的波形。振荡器产生的最常见的波形类型是正弦波和方波。

逻辑TTL、HCMOS:通常是带有驱动TTL电路的HCMOS振荡器(反之亦然)。随着IC制造商停止供应许多常见的TTL IC,该行业正在远离 TTL逻辑。大多数ECS时钟振荡器与HCMOS/TTL兼容。

频率稳定性:最常见的稳定性是25、50和100PPM。整体稳定性通常包括25°C时的精度、工作温度变化、输入电压、老化、冲击和振动造成的影响。±100PPM 的稳定性是最受欢迎的,因为它足以运行微处理器。电信行业一直在朝着越来越稳定的方向发展。在商业 (0-70°C) 应用中不再提供超过 ± 100PPM 的稳定性,因为标准过程控制至少可以实现这种稳定性。请求 50 PPM 通常会贵一些。需要 25 PPM 的时钟振荡器会显着影响价格。对于小于25PPM 的稳定性应用,请咨询工厂或考虑使用 TCXO。

当整体稳定性需求大于时钟振荡器的需求时,通常需要 TCXO。此外,TCXO 的长期老化效果优于大多数时钟振荡器。
输入电压:大多数 TCXO 设计为在 5VDC、3.3 VDC 或两者的组合下运行。
RF 输出:TCXO 可以制造各种类型的输出:正弦波、削波正弦波、TTL、HCMOS 和 ECL。请务必指定所需的输出类型、信号要求和振荡器将驱动的负载。
TCXO还具有频率调整功能,允许将振荡器重新调整到其中心频率以补偿老化。可以通过以下方式提供这种调整。
1.振荡器内的机械调整(内部微调器)可通过外壳上的孔访问。
2.通过外壳中的导线对远程电位计或电压进行电气调节。使用这种技术的振荡器称为温度补偿压控晶体振荡器或 TCVCXO。
3.机械和电气调整的结合。

抖动(短期稳定性):振荡器输出的相位或频率调制。
HCMOS/TTL 兼容:振荡器采用 ACMOS 逻辑设计,具有驱动 TTL 和 HCMOS 负载的能力,同时保持 HCMOS 的最低逻辑高电平。
